Gainer, Donnelly and Desroches recognizes that training plays an integral part in professional development. In an effort to support this mission, Ismael Garza was hired on as training coordinator and a training committee was established.
In late 2007, the training department began testing an in-depth new hire training program which they will continue to develop and implement in 2008. Additionally, internal trainers have been recruited from our professional staff to expand coverage of the technical training for new hires.
The committee has also been working on developing a continuing education training program for the firm’s professional staff by investing in web based technical training. In a profession that is continually improving and changing, GD&D is dedicated to developing quality and timely training for staff of all levels.
